Just closed on a nice condo in Cape Coral. Being from Maine and having to do this transaction remotely, we relied heavily on Peter to be our eyes and ears. Peter handled everything perfectly and kept us updated as things progressed. He lined up the home inspection and followed up on all open items to ensure they were completed. He ensured all keys were provided and performed a final live video walk-through with us. His constant follow-up with the title company ensured an on-time closing. It was a pleasure working with Peter and we highly recommend him and would use him for our future real estate needs.
